This combination lemonade+peach+jasmine tea is inspired by a popular drink at a famous national coffee chain.
BY THE GLASS
MAKE THE PEACH PUREE SYRUP
- 1.5 cups peach puree
- 1/4 cup maple or other syrup sweetener
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
NOTES
- Ratios remain the same for scaling up to prepare by the pitcher or larger
- Use 2.5 grams Organic Jasmine Bouquet per 8 oz water. Heat water to 180 F and steep for 4 minutes.
- For stronger lemonade taste, add 1 tablespoon lemon juice to the brewed jasmine green tea
